GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Sessions are by appointment only.
- In-Studio Residential Address will be given upon making your appointment.
- Session starts at the time scheduled. Please arrive a few minutes earlier to assure you receive your full session.
- Late appointments will be seen time allowing, full rate is expected.
- Please inform of any reschedules or cancellations; please be up to date on less than 24 notice cancellation policy.
- Please review the Policies & Procedures.
- Chair massage is available as In-Studio at the SL County location and for events & retreats.
- Referrals for New Clients: please note, Heartpoint Healing only accepts referrals from existing clients or by therapist invitation, with the exception of Retreats & Event bookings

Accepting payments with Venmo including Venmo Tap (CC), Credit Card (including Square Invoice sent via email), Check & Cash (please have exact cash, there is no change available). You may try your HSA, but please have another form of payment for backup.
