So, I have never had a professional massage before. When Jennie extended me an offer for a “full circle massage”, I hesitantly said yes, but I didn’t really know what that entailed (which is actually a series of four different massage sessions). I will be honest, I was a little nervous when arriving at Jennie’s home, but when she greeted me herself I felt more relaxed. She took me down into her calming massage room and after a thoughtful introduction and review of expectations, the first session began. She had me lie down on my back on her heated massage table where she gave me the most detailed intricate massage of my feet, hands and face. I had no idea I had certain muscles in these areas that needed her expertise with just the right pressure. Her ability to customize the massage to my particular needs was amazing. After finishing this first session I could tell I was more grounded and much less tense. It left me excited for the next massage.
The second massage was an aroma touch technique where 8 different essential oils were used and applied to my back and feet. This allowed my body to melt into relaxation as I enjoyed the various scents from the oils she used. I felt very relaxed and stress free. I lost track of time as I felt all my tension and stress disappear.
The third massage was a focused upper body massage, which I felt more prepared to receive since my previous two sessions went so well. This was a wonderful massage and particularly helpful in relieving my tension headache and stress in my upper back and neck.
The last and final session was a 90-minute full body massage that relieved all the tightness in my neck, shoulders, back, glutes, legs and feet. I always thought massages were just a way to pamper yourself or to practice some self care, but I felt that experiencing this “full circle” massage was also a healing experience for me. My body has never felt more relaxed and stress free. My back, neck and shoulders have never felt better. Jennie’s healing touch and balanced use of aromatherapy was amazing and gave me relief that I didn’t even know I needed! I highly recommend The Full Circle massage with Jennie, you won’t be disappointed!

Jennie is an excellent massage therapist. She is very knowledgeable and skilled in multiple modalities as well as the use of aromatherapy and essential oils. She is very personable but also professional. She listens to what you need and adjusts the pressure, temperature etc. Accordingly. Her pricing is more affordable than other therapists and she has a location in Utah county as well as salt lake county.

Jennie did an amazing job during my Cranial Sacral Therapy sessions/massages! She looked after small details that added to the overall experience, like using certain oils to help me back into a wakeful state afterwards. One of my favorite parts was learning from her after a session about where I was at energetically. She gave me “assignments” (often including some essential oils and specialized affirmations) to help me integrate the changes more fully and every week I came back feeling better and more emotionally open and steady. She even sent these individualized instructions to me within a few hours to help me remember. She was able to get some stubborn knots out of my back and did a lot of different massage techniques that felt great! I would definitely recommend her to others. I have been having regular massages from Jennie since she began her business several years ago. Jennie has worked very hard to accommodate my individual issues and help me. I originally began seeing her once a month but in the past couple of years, recognizing how helpful she is, I now see her weekly. Jennie is very sensitive to what is happening with me, both physically and mentally. She quickly adjusts, as necessary, to help find the best situation to make a difference in how I feel. Recently she did a (new to me) procedure combining massage and cranial sacral therapy. I can’t even begin to properly describe the change in how I am feeling. I now have a sense of peace and freedom from pain and tightness that is different and amazing! To say that I am grateful just doesn’t seem sufficient for the change for good that I now have. My massage sessions have become one of the best things in my life. I gladly come knowing that I will be better when I leave! Thank You Jennie!

Jennie has literally saved my life, I was skeptical at first when I was given 3 sessions as a gift, but was willing to try anything to help my sciatica pain and other ailments that I had been dealing with on a chronic basis. She used several different techniques for healing and I felt comfortable as she is very professional yet, personal, and has my overall health and wellness as her priority. Jennie provided me with an Energy Work Session during a time that I have been detoxing, and the emotions became too much to handle. I was a skeptic at first, but when she told me what she was found going on in my body, I started to cry. She was exactly on point and knew things I was hiding from everyone. She helped to clear blocked chakras, and gave me tools to keep them open and flowing. I'm feeling much more able to face these emotions of the past head on so I can heal and progress. I will use her again for this, and all her other services.

Jennie is a phenomenal Massage Therapist with a natural gift! When I spoke with Jennie about my personal pain, she immediately knew what muscles needed attention in order to address the pain at location. This was my first visit to Heartpoint Healing and only my second visit at seeing a massage therapist (the last one was over 10 years ago), I have had lower-back-pain for as long as I can remember, and I don't even think about it anymore because it is always there in the background. I have lumbar supports on my office chair at work, on my office chair at home, in my car, and that's pretty much the only way I can sit for long periods of time, I didn't realize until just now (one day after my visit to Heartpoint Healing) that my lower-back-pain is completely gone. It is very amazing! I have always been hesitant to go to a massage therapist because of various negative self-body image issues, but Jennie made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, and I have a new appreciation for who I am. I love the essential oils, the music, the hot towels, it was so calming and soothing, I would definitely recommend Jennie to anyone looking to reduce body pain, improve their outlook on their body and their health.
