Jennie Freestone has a passion and fire within about natural health and wellness in creating a better quality of life, to create awareness and become empowered, and to fully promote preventative measures both natural and western (yes, it does have its place). Jennie specializes in full body flow oftentimes incorporating deep tissue and Trigger Point Therapy with Swedish and other modalities, connecting mind, body & spirit - both physically and oftentimes energetically in each massage session. THINK of Heartpoint Healing as a part of your Sphere of Wellness, our heart has a center point to everything that ripples outward and inward in our journey to facilitate our healing and in our journey to our BEcoming. When we become aware and more mindful of ourselves physically and energetically, healing begins.
Jennie is a proud mother of four (3 boys, 1 girl) & three fur babies. She has taken classes at both LDS Business College, SLCC, & CareerStep. She is a graduate of UCMT in the Professional Massage Therapy Program. Heartpoint Healing was established in November 2013. Outside of massage, Jennie has an eye for detail and is a lover of creating art through stipple, scratchboard. She enjoys creating photo albums for her children, and loves journaling. One of her greatest joys is to follow through with seasonal traditions, including creating memorable themed parties or themed milestones for her family and others. She loves all things nature and finds being in the mountains energizing and grounding.
Born and raised in Salt Lake City, UT. She has had a passion for natural health & wellness with the introduction to homeopathy in the home since she was at a young age. She fell in love with the benefits that nature brings to life. And eventually found her calling to be a Licensed Massage Therapist utilizing her intuition in her clients needs for heart, body, mind & spirit balancing and connection. She loves to see her clients improve in their various ailments - and become more aware and empowered through positive touch and energy work in body, mind and spirit.
Jennie brings knowledge and compassion to her clients both on and off the table. She genuinely cares about her client's physical and emotional needs. She encourages young and wise to receive regular massage and energy work. She enjoys working with kids to the elderly. Starting at a young age, creates healthy habits and reinforces the benefits of massage, bodywork and overall health and wellness now and in the long-term scope of life. Being empowered and peace of mind is a great thing. Jennie is looking forward to connecting with you on your wellness journey!
