Welcome to the Heartpoint Healing Sphere of Wellness Blog...

I am excited to share a Sphere of Wellness with all of you. What this means to me is that there is not a one size fits all. There are good providers, therapists, services, products all around us. When we experience something that touches our soul in some way or another we share it with others to our family, friends, neighbors, co-workers and acquaintances to have a better quality of life, one way or another. However, what may have tickled your fancy - might not be the right fit for someone else - and that is okay! It is still important and needed to share, because the information you give just might be life saving for that person. And then you may love one or two products from one company, but not all of it and that is okay. The idea here is that we try something, and if it isn't a good fit, we don't throw in the towel right then and there, we seek out the next best provider, therapist, service, product that fits our needs and wants. And along the way, it is helpful to see what has worked for others, it is helpful to see the passion behind someone else's journey because it might be the same for you too! hear

I am here to share the good news, the experiences I have encountered, the services I offer as well as the services that others offer. We are all in this together - this big, bright, beautiful world (sometimes with sadness and grief attached, so long as we don't live there), but we are in this together, so why not share what sparks our passions and help one another along this pathway of life gaining a brighter healing  journey within heart, mind, body and soul! 

Just be patient with me to get this up and running as I just moved my three kids and myself recently from our house (owned) to a townhouse (now renting) - this and other big life changes in a short period of time takes a lot of planning, patience, self-care (massage, meditation and other grounding techniques like taking a nature walk), exercise (isn't moving in and of itself exercise enough)? Ha! And, then of course there is also giving grace for one-self. So.... I'll be here as soon as I can (the goal is by the mid part or end of this month).
