The more junk food you eat, the more energy-drained and uncomfortable you will feel. Eating healthier can give you boosts of energy and make you feel better.
TIP: I have loved my TrimShake's in the morning. I add different things to it (there are other flavors too), but vanilla is my go-to currently and I put it in original Silk almond milk.
The tip here is that the more I have replaced this as my breakfast for instance, the more I crave salads and good foods, the less I crave in junk food and I just feel so much better - more energy, I feel alive and like I conquer anything - my mind is clear with no brain fog!
