Lifestyle Tip #9
Divide your weight in pounds by two and drink that many ounces of water daily.
Once I figured out my ounces, I filled up my pitcher that has measurements on the side to those ounces. Then, I filled up my water bottle, fed the plants, and filled the water up until the pitcher was empty. This helped me know how many bottles of water I needed to drink daily.
My favorite water bottle is Zulu. It is glass with a silicone sleeve. I like the glass, because I often use essential oils in my water. Lemon essential oil is a favorite of mine and gives me a simple daily detox. I also love this water bottle because it has a flip lid, and you can lock it so it doesn't spill.
Try to use the best water you can. It makes a difference!
Recently, my husband and I went on a weekend getaway to Spring City, UT and they have the BEST water I have ever tasted with their very own spring. I filled up my water bottle before leaving there. Next time we go, I'm taking a lot of bottles to fill up! Obviously that isn't always a option for us, but get a filter. I have liked our Osmosis filtration in our condo, I would love to get a Tyent filtration one day. But do what you can...
1/2 your body weight in ounces and better water! Add essential oils for a change of pace and overall health and wellness.
You will start feeling so much better when you drink the proper amount of water each day. Lessen your soda intake (moderation) or just take it out of your diet altogether. And I encourage you to take caffeine out of your diet as well. Give it a go, see how you feel after a month. Add essential oils to your water if you want flavorful water (there is more than just lemon to add to it!)
