And I'm feeling LIMITLESS!!
So... first workout Thursday - introduction to Piyo. Friday morning and night just wasn't working out for me. Saturday afternoon, I had an aha moment and realized that I didn't have to put my entire focus on Piyo right now, that I could switch it up a bit and so I went on a walk between my clients today. Then this evening, I did a lower body focus with Piyo. My kids even did it with me!
AND it is so funny to think about the Adjusting Times blog post, because I think I have found my new FIT best for me time. And it was the time that I thought was the least likely one that would work. It's going to be in the P.M. (with adjustable time frames of course as needed.) I loved that I was more pumped to do it in the evening (not too late), and that I could see my reflection in the windows. I was thinking the other day that I wished I had a big mirror so I could make sure my body positioning was A-okay. And now I have that, with the reflection at night.
The workout was amazing, fun, invigorating! Loved it! I loved feeling the stretches and the jello feeling that I felt afterward (not too long after), but I feel like my body is doing it's own happy dance with my new found motivation!
And I am SO proud of myself for getting my GOAL in of 3 days! If I can do that between Thursday to now, I can rock every week! So excited to see how this journey transforms me - heart, mind, body and spirit!
