And this week... has gotten off to a rough start.
My lower back feels locked up so to speak, so I know I need a chiropractic adjustment, and I hope to make that appointment at the end of this week. I also need a massage, which is scheduled for next Monday. All of that will help me balance and be able to keep moving forward more easily. I'm gearing towards the 3 days this week. I realize that it is Wednesday and I haven't done any focused workout yet this week. I was on Monday, but I wasn't feeling very well. Which also pushed my Monday Movie with Mom one-on-one with one of my children to Tuesday evening. And I probably could have gotten a workout in last night, but bad day = just needed to get what we needed done (homework, vision therapy homework for my daughter, took the kids out to dinner and then we worked on winding down for the evening), I just didn't want to add one more item to the agenda when it was time to just chill. So, here it is Wednesday, and I'm gearing up for a busy night with Scouts and fitting a workout in. I CAN DO THIS.
