So why the sluggish start to the week? My kids started the last part of their weekend into this week sick, which makes for a very tired mom trying to keep up with a little more than usual. It happens, so we adjust the schedule and do what we can right? And we don't feel guilty about it because I was where I needed to be - right with my kids. No matter what I am doing in my life, my family, my kids are the reason not the excuse! I was where I needed to be also taking care of myself as well, which I am doing tonight as I hopefully get a good nights sleep this evening and I can be more focused through the week.
And tomorrow after my boys have scouts, I'll focus on that 1st workout of the week! My WHY keeps me grounded though, so I KNOW I will get it accomplished. I know that if I can get 3 workouts in the first week I started in crunch time, I can definitely make it work this week too
